About this chocolate
This fruity, floral, Grand Cru is full of sweetness. Surprisingly so for a 75% cocoa content. It is created from a rare forest cocoa harvested by the Tsachilas Indians, an indigenous people of the Ecuadorian province of Santo Domingo.
