About this chocolate
This chocolate bar uses Trinitario cocoa from the Mangaro plantation in Madagascar. With fruity notes balancing with the deeper malt flavours produced from a higher cocoa content. Surprisingly sweet for 50% cocoa content due to the cocoa.
